A little help for your next step.
Find a download, make an addon or share a creation. Choose the task you are working on.
Choose a file that matches your game
- Check whether you play Java or Bedrock. Files for one edition do not automatically work in the other.
- Open the publication's Files tab. Match the game version and, for Java mods, the loader. Read dependencies and any experimental settings.
- Download the selected file and follow that publication's installation instructions. Back up an existing world before changing its addons.
A device listed as tested does not mean that every unlisted device is unsupported. Where device support is not confirmed, treat it as unknown.
If something fails, include the publication link, filename, game version, loader or device, and what happened. Ask in its comments for gameplay help, or contact support for a site or download problem. Do not post private logs containing tokens or personal information.
Create an addon for your own game
- Open the Development studio, start a project and choose an available Java or Bedrock target.
- Add supported items, blocks, recipes or other elements. Use the editor's settings and preview to check your choices.
- Build and download the result. Keep an editable project JSON backup as well as the generated game file.
- Install and test it in a separate game setup. A successful build and the website preview do not replace testing inside Minecraft.
Projects saved in this browser can be lost when browser data is cleared or when you change devices. Export your editable backup before doing either. You do not have to publish a creation to use it yourself.
Give players a useful publication
- Open the Author studio. Choose the edition and category, then explain what your creation does.
- Add clear gameplay images, installation steps, credits and the correct license. Only include work you may share.
- Add release files with their exact compatibility and requirements where the publication needs downloads.
- Review the page, then submit it for moderation. Saving a draft does not make it public.
You can keep developing privately and submit a later revision when it is ready. For publication access or an existing creator profile, see creator support. Read the publication rules before submitting.
Account access and conversations
Confirm your email before using features that require a verified account. If you cannot sign in, use password recovery. If you cannot receive the email or access your account, write to support@modonix.io; you do not need to sign in to email us.
Account settings contain profile, privacy, notification and data controls. Deactivation signs you out but does not delete your published work or account history. See the data notice for the distinction.
Private support conversations remain in My requests. Use a publication's or comment's Report action for a problem with that specific content.
